Delinea Inc. has appointed its affiliates and certain third-party datacenter operators, outsourced support providers, and/or third-party technology providers as sub-processors to support the performance of our cloud-hosted solutions (“Cloud Services”) and related support services, subject to our Master Subscription and License Agreement and Data Processing Addendum (available at https://delinea.com/legal).
